so my back/neck/arm fiasco isn't over yet, and right now is one of the few intervals in which my left hand has the strength to type. (it takes a long time to type with one hand.) my grandmother died today, so i'll be headed to the memorial service soon and in the meantime trying to get all the work done that needs doing.
my life is nuts. thank God that He is running this show, not me. i know that He loves me and that He is good, and that's all i need to know right now.
the hymns will make a reappearance i promise.
a bunch of rambling thoughts, many of which relate to hymns and songs, theology and books, movies and tv, food and fashion, politics and the drama that is my life, but nothing really makes a consistent appearance except pictures.

Thanks for the comment. I'm curious how you got lost and ended up at my blog.
I hope the funeral is meaningful and full of good memories.
you can find all kinds of fun people based on the comments left on purgatorio...
I'll have to be more careful what I say on there. Was it a good one?
i don't recall, but i do know it made me think you were reformed...
Always nice to make a good impression...
